Q: Are you a Manufacturer or a Trading Comapny?
A: We are a professional manufacturer with an experienced quality inspection as well as a well-served sales team, with more than 15 years of export experience.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Of course, but the freight needs to be paid by the customer. If it is a new customer, the sample freight will be returned to you after you place an order.
Q: Can I use our own designed package?
A: Yes, size, color, logo and packaging style of product all can be customized.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 3-4 weeks after order confirmation, as mostly products are hand-made.
Q: What is the shipping way?
A: For small quantity orders, we can send them to you by carrier, such as DHL, Fedex and UPS and so on. If the order quantity is large, we will send them to you by sea, by road or train, and you can decide whether use our forwarder or
yours.
Q: What about the payment?
A: 1.T/T, L/C, Paypal, other payment terms can be negotiated
2.For more amount, 30% deposit , 70% pay by T/T before delivery .
